I made this red velvet cake (the bride’s favorite) for my good friend. Sadly, I had to miss her wedding last summer in London (I was attending another wedding which I had already committed to) and now she and her husband have come to where I live for her honeymoon (We live on opposite sides of the world from each other)..so I made her a wedding cake in honor of her marriage. She requested pink and red velvet. I made everything from scratch, including the gum paste roses. They both loved the cake.

The cake was delicious!
