Wedding cake in black, ivory, and red. Marble cake with butter cream, and fondant / gum paste decorations. This is my “ragged ruffle”. It has a more pointed edge, and I love it. The ruffle can be done with no special tools… just a spatula. You don’t even need a rolling pin or foam pad. I use my homemade marshmallow fondant for the ruffles. It’s a very different recipe than others I have seen. I guess I should add it to the recipes section…
