I made this cake for my best friend’s niece. Her niece’s mother had passed away and she was helping her with the wedding. I was so glad to be asked to take part in this special event. The cake is yellow with white buttercream covered with homemade white fondant. The letter is fondant and the shells are molded white chocolate sitting on brownsugar mixed with graham cracker crumbs for sand. Everything in dusted with a shimmer.
