I wanted to share this one as it’s one of the favourite cakes I’ve made. Olivia’s mum wanted the characters to be holding the letters of her name which I thought was a lovely idea. At times it felt like playing not working although there were also times when I felt like giving up!! It’s entirely edible and I only used a cocktail stick support in 2 of the characters
