this is the third fondant cake I had ever attempted, just under 12 months ago..
Jeff is a horticulturist that looks after all the roundabouts in his area, and loves riding his motorbike, so hopefully I have captured all those points in this cake, all edible apart from the rake, shovel and bikers..
