I made this cake for my daughter’s Afternoon Tea birthday party yesterday. Today is her actual birthday so I made a 2 tiered cake. We cut the bottom tier yesterday and saved the top tier for today.
The top tier is vanilla sponge, buttercream and jam and the bottom tier is chocolate and buttercream. I made all the sugar decorations and filled the teacup with sweets.
