I’m also a high school teacher and this cake was made for a student of mine celebrating her 18th Birthday this weekend. It was a Bollywood themed party so her mother said bright colours and gold, and gave me some images of her favourite movies.

Renee also has lots of food allergies, so this was a special chocolate mud cake for her that was Gluten free!
