This cake was made for my 5yr old niece who loves Dr. Seuss. I marbled the fondant a bit to create the “sky” look. I loved the line from Dr. Seuss’ Happy Birthday To You book “Today you are you, that is truer than true. There’s no one alive that is youer than you.” Inside is a pink velvet cake and cream cheese frosting.
