This cake was my first in this design as well. This is a 1/4 sheet chocolate sheet cake with chocolate filling. The top is frosted in both Almond buttercream as well as chocolate buttercream for the plowed area. The tractor is cake baked in a mini loaf pan and a small 4 inch square pan. The cake was cut and assembled using fondant. The tires are rice crispie treats covered in fondant. I had fun with this one and it is a first for me with using both rice crispie treats and assembling a shaped cake.
