A bride approached me about making a small eco themed cake….I didnt know what that was, so I googled it, lol. We found a photo of something similar to this cake and fudged around with the design elements. The cake was a big hit at her wedding recepetion as well as the flavor; a very lemony lemon poppy cake with lemon curd and swiss meringue butter cream.
