I made this cake for my Dad’s birthday. He has been handy all of his life and has designed & built many beautiful pieces for all of us over the years. He was so thrilled with it & I was happy to be able to give something back to him. It was a new recipe, a Belgian chocolate truffle cake, filled with ganache & dulce de leche. :)
