This is my third wedding cake and was quite a challenge. The middle tier caused me so many problems. I over baked it the first time and the second time it fell apart on me. I had to do it three different times. I almost gave up the business after this cake! It turned out okay in the end and the bride was happy, which is what really matters. The cake was 14, 10 and 8 inches, chocolate/peanut butter filling, vanilla/raspberry filling and red velvet/ cream cheese filling.
It’s very pretty.
It’s beautiful! How stressful, for it to fall apart.
