This was a 60 diamond wedding anniversary cake I was asked to make for my good friend.
The first picture is the idea which was actually a photo frame and it shows the finished cake.
Its a 3 tier all put together but then I had to cut the oval out to fit the edible photo into it.
I don’t think Ive ever been scared making a cake this really was above my station but when they picked it up they cried :0)
I just got sent this photo the cake been cut 60 years later :0)
