Sandra & Jose's 30th Anniversary

I have to admit, I was very nervous making this cake. My first 5 tier and all buttercream. Crossed my fingers on every tier added and hoped that it was a perfectly leveled cake. Whew…

Buttercream Frosting on all five tiers.
The flowers were made with 1/2 gumpaste, 1/2 fondant.
The little green on the cake was cooked sugar with some rum.
In between the layers fresh strawberries were added.
And, the cakes was flavored with a hint of Amaretto.
