This was one of those cake requests that scared me! But was determined to do! At one point my husband said to me “you know its not to late to go to the store and buy a toy car.” That was all I needed to hear. I thought over my dead body! ;-)
And next thing you know a miniature Ford Mustang was born! :-)

Thanks so much Karen! I printed a photo of a mustang cut it out and used it as a guide to carve the car out of RKT. Covered in white chocolate and fondant.
