I don’t normally cover other people’s cakes but Greg’s mummy is so lovely I couldn’t say no! This cake was the top tier of her wedding cake (made by her friend) so I had to chisel away the icing and marzipan and recover before decorating. The theme they chose was Jules Oliver’s Little Bird and Greg had been bought a little train so I incorporated this also.
