Granddaughters 4th birthday cake. 3 layer cake with apricot/mango preserves. Pot o gold chocolate with mint chocolate frosting. Figurine made from Polymer clay as a keepsake. First attempt at ganaching and using an airbrush for the pot o gold. I had fun making this cake.
