This is a cake that ive been wanting to make for a long time, the colours are so beautiful, so it was a perfect cake to make for my lovely mum’s birthday today!! Mum’s favourite sweets are ‘Raspberry Ruffles’ so the cake flavour was inspired by this! A coconut cake with chocolate ganache filling, raspberry buttercream filling and fresh raspberries! it was delicious! I ran out of time to make the flower so this is a silk one, sorry mum!
