This was a very special cake for me to make as baby Jacob was born at 26 wks. He is 7 wks. old now and he and his mom are doing fantastic! Mom loves owls and I made it to match the invite. Dark chocolate cake with banana cream filling. Fondant/gumpaste decorations. Can’t wait til this little miracle comes home so I can meet him. TFL!
