A 3 tiered wedding cake which was requested by a Mother as a gift to her daughter who was married on 16th March 2013. It is a rich and moist butter cake crumb coated with buttercream. The heart shape topper is based on the backdrop used for the wedding dinner reception whilst the colors – mint green and peach on the cake is the theme color for that night. The rosette ruffles for the bottom tier is created based on the ruffles from the bride’s evening gown.
