What young boy, and girl for that matter, doesn’t love go karts! This cake was made for a boy who was turning 10 and having his birthday party at K1 Speed, an indoor karting center.

He loved the idea of a tire cake with fire, and wanted a go kart on top. The cake is vanilla with cream cheese buttercream.
