This cake had to be transported by car onto a car ferry to an island 45mins away and then driven up and down the winding roads to the venue – sweaty hands much??? That’s aside from the continuous ‘heart attack’ moments.
Choux pastries filled with Italian custard cream, vanilla bean cream and dipped in chocolate (some), mixed in with rich dark chocolate cake truffles and white chocolate cake truffles all sitting on a Chocolate cake.
