Second collaborative effort with my good friend, at Cakes “I Do!”. The cowboy hat is 100% edible. Cake is covered in ganache and then marshmallow fondant. Brim of hat is made out of gumpaste. All other decorations are made out of fondant. Hand piping for the paisly scarf.
