This was a cake that I made for the book launch of Jane Hissey’s new children’s book. The end of the book is a treasure chest with gems all over so this was the theme. The chest is ganache s under the icing panels and it took hours to do, the characters are illustrations in the book so I did a lot of dusting to get them to have an illustrated look. I have heard she was delighted with the cake and I will hopefully have some pictures of her with the cake to share soon.
