My two year old son is obsessed with anything and everything from the
Disney Pixar movies cars and cars 2 so I decided to do a cars themed birthday for him
including this two tiered cake 5"& 7" dark chocolate redvelvet cake with raspberry buttercream, chocolate ganache and raspberry jam in the layers.
The cars are made out of Rice Krispies treats carved then topped
with fondant and attached with black royal icing.
