I first saw these little windmill type decorations made by my lovely friend Hilary Rose Cupcakes on some gorgeous cupcakes that she posted probably about a year ago ( hers were far more detailed and beautiful than these though lol) , but I have been dying to try them out ever since – I printed the pastel shades onto wafer paper and used a puncher to get the tiny windmill shapes on the bottom tier and used edible wafer paper for the stripes on the top tier – I love the colours of this cake, perfect for spring ;)
