The Must .cat catamaran. This cake drove me nuts, well the sails did. I couldnt make life easy and use Rice paper sails. The set shown were the fourth set, and ended up being made of sugar glass covered in a thin layer of fondant then hand painted.
The rails are made of candy sticks painted silver with royal icing . The water is airbrushed royal icing. The canopy is rice paper and all the dolphins are hand painted :)
