Everything hand made and 100% edible. Tree trunk is 8" White chocolate mud cake with a middle layer of raspberry cake and white chocolate ganache. Mad Hatter Hat is double height 6" rich chocolate mud cake with chocolate ganache and caramel layers covered in caramel ganache. Clock and food tray are made from fondant. Cheshire cat is RKT covered in fondant and hand painted. Ella’s favourite Artist/Director is Tim Burton, Thats why the love heart says EJ + TB. Happy 14th Birthday to my darling girl xxxxx
