I made this cake for a girl’s 15th birthday who’s favorite color is yellow. Since her birthday is near Valentine’s Day, I decided to use hearts for the design on the bottom tier. This was my first ever attempt at a fondant rose or any kind of realistic looking flower for that matter. I used a tutorial from MyCakeSchool.com and it was much eaier that I thought it would be!
