This tall cake was a classic red velvet cake with cream cheese filling , iced with dark chocolate ganache and covered with white fondant. Accented by handmade purple sugar roses, filler flowers, and of course the focal point of the cake was the custom made Hello Kitty (in costume) & Rilakkuma bear cake topper.
