My niece turned 18 last week – & for her cake she wanted something inspired by Salena Gomez’s 20th birthday cake. And this is what we came up with. Thankfully, she loved it :) Top tier is caramel mud cake & the bottom tier is chocolate mud cake. The cupcakes around the base were gluten free for the 3 coeliacs attending the party – they were also caramel mud cake!
