I made this cake few months ago for a young lady’s birthday who LOVES chocolate and wanted real simple decoration. As I was reviewing my files, I thought this would be good for Valentine too!
It is a chocolate fondant cake with Valrhona chocolate ganache decorated simply with fondant hearts!
I like he simplicity!!!
