This was a wonderful Anniversary surprise from my customer’s children. Cakes are Vanilla Bean cake with whipped vanilla bean filling and fresh lemon curd. Each cake is covered in marshmallow fondant. All cutouts are made with fondant and then brushed with luster dust. Monogram is piped with royal icing.
