Blanca & Jesse chose a classic four-tiered, white round fondant cake with quilting, real ribbon trim, and sugar paste orchids tipped in lavender and purple. The third photo shows the back of the cake, which had small, white fondant flowers in addition to the quilting. This cake was delivered mid-August of 2011 to Gilroy Gardens in Gilroy California, along with four sheet cakes in matching white buttercream icing and tiny lavender fondant flowers for each serving.
