This cake was very special as it was the first practise cake I made after I had decided I wanted to start a business making cakes. So it was the very first time I’d made anything ‘to order’ rather than just what I wanted to make! I was very pleased with it at the time, but my modelling skills have improved so I would do a better job on the fairy if I were to do it again!
