This cake was made for a little girl turning 7 who wanted a princess cake. The princess is all edible and due to a custom built motor inside the cake stand, would slowly rotate to show off all of the details of her dress. This cake was pink velvet with blue raspberry swiss meringue buttercream to match the outside colors of the cake. The princess was modeled to look like the birthday girl with brown hair and little freckles on her nose and cheeks.
