I made this cake for a friend whose mother-in-law was celebrating both her 70th birthday and her 40th wedding anniversary. Every side is different. Each of the decorations represents something she loves, including her nursing career, her grandchildren, golf, the beach, and the color green. All of the decorations are fondant. The bow is a first for me and I am very pleased with how it turned out. The writing on the “tails” is royal icing. Thanks for looking!
