A fishy trout cake for a keen fisherman for his 60th Birthday. The fish is all cake with the exception of the tail & fins.

Airbrushing was used both to make the board look like wood & also to add the colour & detail to the fish.

This was my second time using an airbrush which is quickly becoming my favourite piece of decorating equipment.
