I had free reign on this cake for a friends mum. The tiers are vanilla sponge with jam and buttercream. All the petals are individually made and glued which took some time! In hindsight I would have made a few changes but every cakes a learning curve! The top spray was vintage pink gerbera’s and some little daisies with non edible pearl centres.
