Another “short notice” cake here. I was given about 4 days on this one, and the only instruction was “simple”. It was for a friend, and I knew from her baby shower she liked carmel and chocolate together. So, I used a chocolate cake recipe from here, a carmel SMB recipe from Sweetopia, and Peggy’s chocolate buttercream recipe from here. The bow was only made the day before so its a little droopy, and I had a little trouble with the icing…but, overall I liked the outcome of this one and the Birthday girl loved it!
