I made this cake for my son who is bird mad!! It’s a vanilla cake,carved into a nest…filled with pistachio imbc and covered in milk choc ganache and sugarpaste! The twigs are airbrushed and then details are painted on…the moss was done with three shades of RI, applied with a sponge to give the mossy effect! TFL xx
