I made this Christmas cake for my cousin Jayne and her family. This is a traditional Christmas fruit cake, covered with marzipan and fondant. The simple decoration is made special by the fact that the snow people models are meant to represent Jayne, her son Ashley and daughter Chloe, smiling and sparkling in the snow. :). They loved it!
