We made this dairy, egg and nut free fruit cake for Fred, who is 3 and suffers from multiple allergies. Fred loves snowmen and had never had a Christmas cake or any other cake made especially for him. We had to keep the decorations simple and gave his Mum a list of all the ingredients to double check. Nerve -wracking!
