Hand made red sugar roses
White fondant covered Madeira sponge cake
White sugarveil with pearl lustre
White pearl dragees on board and inbetween roses
champagne ribbon & snowflake brooch
I used the ‘upside-down method’ to crumb coat the cake, and two smoothers (one with flat edge) to achieve sharp edges
