I loved taking Maria Sousa’s class on craftsy, and this is my rendition of the class…100% edible tree and monkeys, except for the supports of course…Bottom cake is a white velvet cake with hazelnut chocolate buttercream..middle and top tier is chocolate fudge cake with coconut cream filling.
