This classically romantic cake is a vanilla bean cake with fresh strawberry conserve, citrus buttercream, and white chocolate fondant. The topper is handmade sugar roses of the deepest red, with single petals strewn along the tiers. The cake was displayed upon a glass stand under which rested a cloud fresh deep red rose petals.
