I designed this cake for Best Friends For Frosting.

It is a triple layered sponge coloured green to give a festive touch!

The cake is then covered in buttercream, and I baked green swirl meringues to provide texture as well as that ‘whimsical’ feel!

The little Christmas tree is simply made from fondant!
