A picture was given to me by the client of the fabulous Elite Cake Design. Bottom tier is a vanilla cake with a white chocolate ganache and the top tier is a rich chocolate mud and dark chocolate ganache. I made the Ark from RKT and the animals from fondant. Loved making the topper for this cake, i hope i did it justice xxx
