This is my version of a elegant yet sexy bra cake.
When I took this order, the customer said I want a bra cake that is going to feed 70 people. I wanted to make this cake as attractive and elegant as possible so this is the design I came up with.
I also had the big help from my friend Sasha at The White Cake Box Co with ganaching and just being there when i put the whole cake together.
The bra is made of gum paste, sugarveil and royal icing in the colours white, cream and gold.
The anemone is also my own design, I wanted something modern and didn’t want black as the centre so replaced it with gold.
