Sculpted tree cake with bas relief of a white snowy owl.  The cake was sculpted and covered with ganache and Rice Krispies Treats for the branches.  I used Graham cracked died with green food color to create the “moss” on the tree.  The snowy owl was hand modeled in fondant.
